If I knew what this was called, I could look for it.  A while back I saw something about a strap that is used to hold pads to underwear.  It loops around the pad at the crotch and fastens underneath, replacing wings.  Does anyone know what they are called?  Anyone make them and have instructions?  Anyone have an opinion about them?  Thanks.
